OKC beheading "workplace violence" not legal definition of terrorism

Despite those urging the agenda of the police state pushing for more counter-terrorism for power and political clout, here is a clear definition of terrorism:

"the FBI uses a specific definition of terrorism in its investigations. In order to be considered a terrorist act, an instance of violence must “appear intended (i) to intimidate or coerce a civilian population; (ii) to influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion; or (iii) to affect the conduct of a government by mass destruction, assassination. or kidnapping.”

The OKC beheader had no such agenda, just being a psychopath doesn't make you a terrorist.

This guy apparently converted to Islam in prison and was released two years into a six year sentence for good behavior. Clearly. He was fired after going off about how he hates white people.

What we know about Alton Nolen, who has been charged with murder in the Oklahoma beheading case
