Cop shoots at father rushing to get asthma meds for child

After witnessing a vehicle speeding and a man running from the vehicle Jacksonville Sheriff J.C. Garcia inexplicably believed he had a gun. So it made perfect sense to fire upon the man, at least to the officer involved. Brian Dennison, the father of a six-year old girl with very bad allergies was in the midst of an asthma attack and was rushing to grab her medication. Already a messed up childhood memory, at least Dennison was not struck by a bullet and killed. Officer Garcia was not placed on leave.
