Man violently ripped from his car after the Vancouver Police Department Sergeant Christiansen breaks his window in what appears to be a clear violation of the right to have the reason for being pulled over explained. Of course it was justified from the police state side of things for allegedly smelling cannabis in the vehicle. The suspect was found to not be intoxicated.
Canada seems not to be outdone after the recent video of a similar incident with a passenger in a car speeding to the hospital to a family member on their deathbed. The man without ID was forcibly removed after a cop broke the window and tased. This officer had prior incidents with out of court settlements so time will tell if any revelations come forth on VPD Sergeant Christiansen's record.
