In custody man dies from "excited delirium" aka taser assisted beating

Clearly this is a conspiracy that the family is jealous that the prison industrial complex is making a killing... This is definitely the Lucifer Effect in action.

Sick bastards. It would be sweet to get NSA-like access to these guards phones to listen on them brag about their brutish psychopathic exploits and get video evidence. Excited delirium is what they call it when somebody dies from a taser but they refuse to say it.

The pictures of this poor kid are pretty cut and dry.

Toddler disfigured by flashbang in bogus raid gets no justice

According to the police state, "deputies were told to anticipate a cache of weapons and armed guards at the home." They found nothing, except this kids face with a flashbang grenade tossed inside his playpen. Maybe he will grow up and join ISIS. I doubt he will have a healthy view of the police. A 23-person grand jury met for six days before concluding no wrong-doing on the part of the officers. I would like to know what kind of people were on that grand jury. Pretty convenient they can manufacture anonymous sources to justify any action they take.

"A search inside turned up neither guns nor drugs. Wanis Thonetheva, who didn’t even live at the house, was arrested later that day without incident and charged only with possession of methamphetamine."

Utah: "Comply or die is not the law," protests against police shooting civilians

Since 2010 only one person in 43 were found to have had a non-justified death at the hands of police. That one person is Danielle Willard, who was shot and killed in 2012 by a West Valley City officer who has since been charged with [second-degree] manslaughter. The officer is being defended by a former judge, Paul Cassell. Cassell is also a University of Utah law professor. One benefit of a retired judge, is they can still judge part-time and confer with other judges during lunch who may be taking cases Cassell takes on as a lawyer. Willard's family will have one hell of an uphill battle if that is the case.

Cassell claims he joined the case because "of my concern that a guilty verdict in this case will jeopardize the safety of the community by making police officers fearful of defending themselves against criminals who are themselves threatening deadly force." Sounds like he isn't interested in justice, mainly the idea of protecting the image of police.

The police story for the shooting is that Officer Cowley, feared for his life during a suspected drug deal and stated Willard was driving her Subaru at him and then shot her in the head. I can't imagine this happening outside a Bruce Willis movie. If a vehicle is moving fast enough to graze an officers hip and getting in a head shot.

The article starts:

"Angry and grieving, family members of Utahns killed by police in recent years gathered Saturday in downtown Salt Lake City to denounce a law-enforcement culture that they believe has become authoritarian and overly militarized."

Police turns off camera before shooting suspect in forehead

In New Orleans, Armand Bennet, during a traffic stop, he was shot in the forehead apparently over warrants he had from running away from officer Lisa Lewis a week earlier. He actually survived and will be charged for that previous incident. Seems shady as hell that a cop can just turn off the body camera they are supposed to wear so that way we could know the whole story. Another odd aspect is they did not report the shooting happened for two days [Uptown Magazine]. Likely so they could get their story in order.

OKC Bombing Inquiry Judge: FBI told to probe themselves!?

Another classic example of the very structure itself of investigations into injustice being undermining by nature. These court proceedings regard possible witness intimidation of a whistleblower who reportedly would have testified that the FBI did not turn in all the video it had of that dreadful day when the Federal Alfred P. Murrah Building was bombed on April 19th, 1995.

The government version of events claims McVeigh acted alone, a lone gunman of sorts. Initial reports in the media were of explosive charges found in the building suggesting a controlled demolition causing most of the damage and that there was another man working with McVeigh.

The witness, a former FBI employee, would have testified that all the video evidence was not fulfilled, as required by a public records request. John Matthews, the former agent, has terminal cancer and it is believed he was threatened with a loss of health benefits if he testified. Lawyer Jesse Trentadue, who initiated these proceedings, had Matthews as a witness and claims he was told to get a case of the "I don't remembers." The FBI claims Matthews contacted them to try and get out of testifying. Hmmmm.

Trentadue's motivation in all this is his brother was interrogated as McVeigh's accomplice and was found hanged in his cell. Trentadue believes he was suicided, or something like that, in order to cover-up the initial search for the accomplice the official story claims never existed. In the documentary OKC: What Really Happened there is footage of these reports in the news, contradictory witness reports and claims of a veteran explosives expert that the official story of OKC Bombing is a sham. Also unusual are claims many employees did not show up to work that day.

If there is a cover-up in the FBI then they are the last ones to be conducting this inquiry. It will likely come out like the Warren or 9/11 Commissions, a half-ass investigation full of omissions and mediocre conclusions. I am including some documentaries below.

OKC: What Really Happened

Overview of the 1995 Oklahoma City Bombing case created by State Representative Charles Key. This important film takes a look at the major issues regarding the cover-up by the Clinton Administation, FBI and Justice Department. Django Unchained actress chained and detained by police

Apparently a call to police prompted detaining Daniele Watts for suspected prostitution after being affectionate with her boyfriend. She was talking on her phone when police demanded ID. Papers please?

She was pictured crying and in handcuffs. Watts stated that some white dude in a business suit confronted them about "putting on a show" and something about having people trying to work. Really not their problem that a couple on the street can distract an entire office. Their employees clearly suck if they cannot maintain productivity from a couple sucking face on the street. Here are some statements from Miss Watts:

“Today I was handcuffed and detained by two police officers from the Studio City Police Department after refusing to agree that I had done something wrong by showing affection, fully clothed, in a public place,” she wrote.

“As I was sitting in the back of the police car, I remembered the countless times my father came home frustrated or humiliated by the cops when he had done nothing wrong.”

Race is certainly a clear factor if you check the arrest statistics and prison populations. Reminds me of many times I would be pulled over with my darker skinned friends only so police could harass my passenger. Asking them if they have any warrants, like they assume a black passenger is a car jacker. They might as well have asked me, "Is this darky bothering you son?" I was often never asked to provide my license or registration during these incidents."

The police are investigating themselves. A privilege most people don't get, let alone a trial of your own peers.

FBI refuses providing legally required documents

I wish we could just refuse police and courts meddling with the lives of friends and ourselves. Meanwhile, the so-called Justice Department is unable to complete investigations since the law enforcement folks at the FBI prevent the law from being enforced. Paradoxical practice, eh?
